These pita crisps were a great accompaniment to my Weight Watchers guacamole and hummus when I wanted a crunchy snack. Kashi Pita Crisps have 10g of whole grains and 5g of tasty fibre!
I made sure to save a couple points for the end of the day so I could have these as a crunchy snack while watching TV at night!
I'm saving the best for last. Kashi's newest cereal, Toasted Cinnamon Crisp. It has crunchy clusters of cinnamony goodness, 10g Protein, 19g Whole grains and 9g of Fibre per serving.
I like to measure out a serving and leave it on the counter. I then add it to my usual afternoon snack of yogurt and fruit which gives it a nice crunch. If I have a bit of a hunger going on I grab a bit to snack on too. Yes, it's that good!
